Administrative Assistant

ProAutomated is seeking a candidate to manage a range of critical administrative tasks, including—but not limited to—supporting our CEO with administrative duties, assisting the People Department with recruitment and onboarding, and aiding the Operations team with scheduling and dispatching, travel coordination, and property and vehicle maintenance.
This is a hybrid position with 2 - 3 days in our Newark, DE office per week.
**Executive Assistant Job Duties:**
- Manage weekly 1:1 agendas
- Prepare expense reports
- Manage the CEO's calendar
- Organize meeting logistics
- Prepare presentations
- Coordinate annual customer gifts
- Perform additional duties as required
**People Department Job Duties:**
- Provide recruiting support, including job postings, resume screening, candidate tracking, and communication with candidates
- Assist with onboarding new team members
- Perform additional duties as required
**Operations Job Duties:**
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Dispatching and scheduling
- Manage office coordination
- Oversee shipping and inventory stocking
- Schedule property and vehicle maintenance
