What is ProAutomated? 

We provide engineering services around the United States and Canada with a team of field engineers located in 15+ Major US Cities. We focus on lighting and are expanding into new industries. Why are you hiring this position? 

  • Hiring used to be relegated to a few months of the year for us, we simply rallied for a few months and spread the work around our office team. As we have grown our team now needs new members every month...which means on-going recruiting, screening, interviewing and on-boarding every month of the year, and we're ready for a dedicated person full-time to do it.

  • Strong computer/internet experience/skills - Fluidly navigate multiple internet windows simultaneously, learn new software programs with little instruction,  Find information easily through in-depth web searches.
  • Great at organizing - You'll be keeping track of 50+ candidates on any given day, knowing who is at what stage and where to send them next requires great organization.  

What will I be doing Day to Day? 

  • Working closely with executives and managers to develop pipeline for new job openings at ProA. 
  • Opening and Closing Job Postings through our Recruiting software. 
  • Executing a proven process for recruiting and finding great candidates
  • Leading and conducting in-person interviews for various positions
  • On-boarding new employees to set them up for success at ProA and in their position
  • Off-boarding exiting employees including conducting exit-interviews
  • Helping employees find answers to their compensation/benefit questions

What is the position like? 

  • Time commitment will vary each week depending on needs. Hours are flexible but will require every day of the week, and occasional (light) weekend work (from home). 
  • Work from our office in Newark, DE with opportunity to work from home periodically. 
  • We want you to be in the office to meet all candidates interviewing (2-4 interviews/month) and new hires starting (1-2 start dates/month). 
  • Working closely with remote managers/executives via email/phone.
  • When the hiring isn't as heavy, we'll need your help in the office with answering phones, setting up travel and taking care of customers.
