You will be on your feet all day testing and troubleshooting smart lighting and sensors, most of the time you'll be working with a Field Engineer. You’ll be traveling locally so must have reliable transportation.

What you will be doing

You will be completing projects with confidence and professionalism. Our Rapid Response Technicians speak with clarity, take responsibility for their work, address problems head-on, and most importantly allow the client to focus on their priorities while we focus on ours.

This is a temporary position for approximately 3 months with the opportunity of full time employment (as Field Service Technician or Field Service Engineer) at the end. You will work hands-on in the field, testing and calibrating smart lighting systems.

Don't worry... all necessary training will be provided and training will be paid time.

Offering:

  • 3 month commitment with an hourly pay rate of $20-30, depending on experience
  • Necessary equipment
  • All training will be provided and will be paid time
  • Opportunity for full time employment

Candidate requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with Electrical or electronics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desire to work hands-on in a construction environment
  • Flexible to adapt to same-day and next-day changes to project scope and location
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must pass a drug test and background check

What is the rest of the Interview process? (Usually takes 3-5 days)
      Step 1 - Pass our Resume review and do a great job answering the 5 questions we ask. 
      Step 2 - Complete an online personality and intelligence test (takes about 35 minutes)
      Step 3 - 2 Skype Interviews with ProA Engineer and Manager
